All services

Online booking and payment systems for Manitoba businesses.

Give customers a clear way to request a service and pay through a connected payment provider. Based in Selkirk, we build booking flows around your availability, approval rules and staff responsibilities.

Discuss this project

A defined engagement

What we can work on together.

Walk through one booking from the customer request to service delivery. Agree what can be confirmed automatically, what needs staff approval and when payment should be requested.

Possible deliverables

  • Mobile-friendly booking or service-request forms
  • Availability, service-area and staff-approval rules
  • Payment links or checkout through a provider such as Square
  • Customer confirmations and staff notifications
  • Testing of failed payments, duplicate requests and cancellations
  • Operating guidance, account ownership and handover

One possible project

A clearer path from booking to payment.

A service business receives a booking request, checks availability and sends a confirmation with the agreed payment step. Staff can distinguish a new request from an accepted booking and a completed payment.

Illustrative scope, not a completed client case study.

Know what you are buying.

A tested booking journey with clear customer messages, named staff responsibilities and an agreed payment flow.

Before we commit

Payment-provider approval, transaction fees, refunds, cancellation rules and any ongoing software costs are agreed separately. A form submission is not proof of payment. Card details should go directly to the payment provider, not through ordinary enquiry forms.

Specialist contributions are identified before a project is accepted. Ongoing support, if needed, is separately scoped.

A few useful answers.

Can you connect our existing payment provider?

We assess the provider and your current website first. Square is one option; the final choice depends on account eligibility, supported integrations and your operating requirements. We do not ask you to share passwords or card details through our enquiry form.

What will a project cost?

We provide a written quote after the scope is understood. It identifies deliverables, responsibilities, any software costs and the payment milestones. No paid work begins without agreement.

Where do you work with clients?

Impact Glocal is based in Selkirk and works with Manitoba businesses and community organizations. Local meetings and remote delivery are agreed around the project. We do not operate a walk-in storefront.
