Help your team put change into practice.

New tools only help when people can use them. We design practical learning and support around the roles, decisions and everyday tasks involved.

Discuss this project

A defined engagement

What we can work on together.

Identify the audience, what they need to do differently and what evidence would show that the learning has been applied.

Possible deliverables

  • Needs assessment and clear learning objectives
  • Role-specific workshops and practice activities
  • Guides, facilitator materials and checklists
  • Stakeholder interviews and feedback
  • Follow-up measures of learning and adoption

One possible project

Help people put new tools into practice.

A team introducing a new internal process receives a practical workshop, manager checklist and short exercises tied to real tasks.

Illustrative scope, not a completed client case study.

Know what you are buying.

Learning materials and practical support linked to a defined change in how work is done.

Before we commit

Format, accessibility needs, approval responsibilities and evaluation are agreed upfront. Digital-course authoring or specialist LMS work is accepted only when the required delivery expertise is confirmed.

Specialist contributions are identified before a project is accepted. Ongoing support, if needed, is separately scoped.

A few useful answers.

Can an association commission a program?

Yes. We can discuss a scoped program for members or partner organizations, with objectives, delivery roles and evaluation agreed before commitment.

What will a project cost?

We provide a written quote after the scope is understood. It identifies deliverables, responsibilities, any software costs and the payment milestones. No paid work begins without agreement.

Where do you work with clients?

Impact Glocal is based in Selkirk and works with Manitoba businesses and community organizations. Local meetings and remote delivery are agreed around the project. We do not operate a walk-in storefront.
