What this website collects

When you submit an enquiry, we collect your name, email address, optional organization name and message. We store the enquiry in a private Cloudflare database and use Resend to send a notification to our business inbox and an acknowledgement to you. We use this information to respond and manage the resulting business relationship, not to automatically subscribe you to marketing.

Cloudflare Turnstile helps protect the form against spam. Our submission service uses temporary, hashed identifiers derived from your network address and email to limit repeated requests. It does not save your raw network address in the enquiry record.

Please do not submit passwords, confidential client records or sensitive personal information. Access to enquiry records is restricted to authorized business account users. For questions about your information or to request its deletion, contact us below.

Direct communications

If you email or call Impact Glocal, the information you provide will be used to respond to your inquiry and manage the resulting business relationship.

Website hosting

Basic technical information may be processed by the website’s hosting and security providers to deliver the site, prevent abuse, and maintain reliability.
