Founder
Qaisar Roonjha
AI adoption strategist, community-sector leader, and builder of accessible technology initiatives.
Qaisar’s work sits at the intersection of technology, organizational capacity, and public benefit. He brings three graduate degrees, experience building programs and partnerships, and a demonstrated ability to make complex technology understandable to non-technical audiences.
A graduate of Brandeis University’s Heller School and an Acumen Fellow, he brings a cross-sector perspective shaped by community leadership, organizational development, entrepreneurship, and hands-on implementation.
From Selkirk, Qaisar is building Impact Glocal as a Manitoba firm: locally accountable, vendor neutral, and focused on the real work of adoption.
